Ella Faye Simmons Tucker, 71, of Birmingham, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2015.

She is survived by her husband of fifty years, David; daughter, Terri Robinette; son, Robbie Tucker, son-in-law, Jim Robinette; grandchildren, Summer Robinette and Chad Tucker.  Faye leaves behind sisters, Sue McNatt and husban, Bryce, Louise McCalpin and husband, Harlie; brothers, Randall Simmons and wife, Kathy, Charles Simmons and wife, Teresa, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

Faye was ready for the next chapter in her life, excited about meeting her Heavenly Father and reuniting with her father and mother, Harvey and Linnis Simmons; sisters, Lorene Williams and husband, Buster, Eloise Plemons and husband, John; brother, Bobby Simmons and wife, Louise.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Birmingham.  Graveside service will be Thursday, 5 p.m. at Franklin Memory Gardens in Russellville.  She will be laid to rest with family members.
