Eddy Dewayne Clark, age 47, Phil Campbell,  Alabama passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015.

The visitation will be Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from 11-1 PM at Akins Funeral Home, followed by the 1 PM funeral in Akins Funeral Home chapel with Sister Carolyn Baker and Bro. Brian Scott officiating. Interment will be in Blue Springs Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Scotty Baker, Clifford Ergle, Timmy Baker, Rodney Smith, Billy Ergle, and Joseph Clark.

Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Clark and Layton Osborn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, L.C. and Betty Clark.

He is survived by his son, Kyle Clark and Jami; siblings, Sheila Williams and Duane, Harold Clark and Sandra, Richard Clark, Waylon Ergle and Michelle, grandchildren, Landon and Ella Clark; nieces and nephews, Brian Osborn and Jennifer, Joseph, Jessica, Michelle, Karley, Amber, Anthoney, Kimberly.
