Man identified in liquor store theft

Russellville Police investigators have identified a man that walked away from a local liquor store with two bottles of expensive liquor last week, according to officials.

Video footage from the liquor store located on U.S. 43 showed a man dressed in an Auburn sweatshirt putting alcohol down his pants in order to obtain it illegally.

Investigators said he left the store with two bottles of liquor and left in a vehicle. The video footage also showed the car he left in which was a silver Dodge Charger.

According to officials with the Russellville Police Dept. the man has been identified, but no arrest has been made as of March 31.
