Richard Marvin Hargrove, 59, of Russellville, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015, at Princeton Hospital, Birmingham, as the result of an accident.

Mr. Hargrove was a native of Tennessee, but had lived in this area for the past eight years. He was employed as a laborer at Drummand/Marigold Works and was a member of Northside Baptist Church, Columbia, Tennessee.

The memorial service will be Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with Matthew Burleson officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Survivors include wife, Vickie Hargrove; mother, Doris Owens; children, Tina Hill and husband, Donny, and Justin York and wife, Misty; grandchildren, Matt Burleson and wife, Hannah, Amber Frederick and husband, Curtis, Faith Swinney, Austin Hill, Zackery Hill, Andrew York, Alayna York; great-grandchildren, Dallas Frederick and Addison Frederick.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Hargrove.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
