Rusty Lee Hawkins, age 31, Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Russellville Hospital.

The visitation was Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral was Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with Bro. Rayburn Whitman officiating.  Burial was at Mars Hill Cemetery.

He was predeceased by his son, Mason Hawkins; brother, Nicky Hawkins; and grandfather, Owen McLemore.

He is survived by his wife, Christina Hawkins; children, Gracie Hawkins, Alex Hawkins, Madison Hawkins, Dillon Hawkins; parents, Norman and Tonya Hawkins; brothers, Bo Hawkins and wife, Laura, Chris Hawkins and wife, Tina; grandparents, Ima Sue McClemore; Bobby Hawkins, Calvaline Hawkins, Jessie Mae Daugherity, Patrick Daugherity; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
