Johnny H. Davis

Johnny H. Davis, 76, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.

He lived most of his life in FranklinCounty and was a member of TharptownBaptistChurch.  He was a Mason for over 50 years, Eastern Star for over 50 years and member of the Shriners.  He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1955-1975.

Visitation was Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville, Funeral service was in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Eddie Wix officiating.  Burial followed in TharptownCemetery with full military honors.

Survivors include, wife of 58 years, Betty A. Davis; sons, Timmy Davis, Tommy Davis and wife, Linda, daughter, Lori Miller and husband, Wayne, all of Russellville; brother, Roy Davis and wife, Voncile, Phil Campbell; sister, Rosia Kelly and husband, Phil, Boston, Mass.; grandchildren, Anna Davis, Dustin Miller, Chelsea Morgan; great-grandchildren, Bryson Morgan, Sadie Beth Morgan; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Jessie Davis; brother, Bobby Ray Davis; sister, Ernestine Colburn.
