Jacky Wayne Ginn, 70, died Sunday, June 8, 2014 at his residence. He was born March 28, 1944 in Golden, Miss. and was retired as an inspector with Sunshine Homes. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Belmont, Miss. and had served in the National Guard.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Jerry Ginn officiating. Burial will be in Belmont Memory Garden, Belmont, Miss. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, will be in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are three children, Greg Ginn, Golden, Miss., Robin Peters and husband, Eric, Fulton, Miss., and Mackenzie Cruse and husband, Joey, Golden, Miss.; twelve grandchildren, Tanner Ginn, Eli Ginn, Annalise Cruse, Jolee Cruse, Megan Higginbottom, Faith Cody and husband, Jacob, Corey Hutcheson and wife, Whitney, Chase Higginbottom and wife, Morgan, Seth Higginbottom and wife, Sissy, Casey Peters, Hunter Peters and Kylie Peters; eight great-grandchildren; his mother, Pauline Ginn, who resides at Generations of Red Bay; special friend, Ruth Ginn; special caregivers, Bridget Tucker, Rick Jackson and Gail Barnes.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ginn, a daughter, Denise Hutcheson and his father, Raymond Ginn.

Pallbearers will be Ray Higginbottom, Jerry McAnally, Brent Bolding, Robert Cashion, Tommy Shook and Greg Sparks.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Monday, June 9, at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, and until service time on Tuesday.
