Judith Gail Mullins Ward of Center Point passed away April 18, 2014 after an extended illness.

She was born May 20, 1946. She attended Phil Campbell High School and was a cosmetologist for 50 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Phil Campbell.

A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Phil Campbell with Bro. Bobby Poss officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nada Herring Mullins and Pal Mullins, Jr.; sister, Jane Seay; and grandson, Jacob Ervin.

She is survived by special friend, James Birmingham of Center Point; sons, Courtney Ervin and wife, Paula, of Pinson, Jeff Poore of Birmingham, Hank Ervin and wife, Tammy of Gardendale; daughter, Paula Terezio and husband, Mario, of Denver, Colo.; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister, Patricia Fleming of Phil Campbell; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and family.
