Bobbie Faye Edgar, 71, Phil Campbell, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Russellville Hospital.

Mrs. Edgar was a caring and loving wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was a member of Chigger Hill Freewill Baptist Church. She was loved by all who knew her and will be missed by everyone.

The visitation was Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville.   The funeral service was Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Darren Steward and Bro. Tim Farley officiating. Burial was at Edgar’s Chapel Cemetery, Phil Campbell.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Dewey Jones, and niece, Laci Elizabeth Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 50 years, Phil Edgar, Jr.; son, Brian Keith Edgar; daughter, Yolanda Renee Edgar and husband, Stevie Motes; grandchildren, Ashley Edgar, Brian Edgar, Meagan Wilson, Colby Kirby; great-grandchildren, Caidence, Carly, and Cason Wilson; mother, Ora Mae Jones; siblings, Geneva Jones, Charles Ray Jones; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers were Brian Edgar, Christopher Edgar, David Edgar, Jerry Wade, Ryan Wade, Benjamin Jordan, Brandon Jordan, and Seth Brown.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Keith Morrow and his staff, Russellville Hospital ICU Unit and ER staff, and Phil Campbell Ambulance Service for the love and care of their mother.
