Lucille DeVaney (Judy) Wells, 86, Russellville, passed away Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at Helen Keller Hospital.
She lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of the Church of Christ.
The funeral service was Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with George Hutto officiating. Burial followed in Franklin Memory Gardens. The family received friends prior to the service at the funeral home.
She is survived by her husband, Wyatt Wells; daughter, Kaye Swinney and husband, G. C. all of Russellville; sisters, Ruth Benson and husband, Bill, Muscle Shoals, Amy Johns, Cincinnati, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Kimbrough, Donnie Duncan, Kip Wells, Oliver Franklin, David Hyde, and Sam Jones.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lonnie and Louvenia DeVaney; brothers, J. G. DeVaney, Dick DeVaney, and Gerald DeVaney; sister, Ruby Vance.
