Bobby Ralph Carden, 79, Hodges, passed away Sunday Sept. 1, 2013.

He was a retired tool and die maker with Ford Motor Company, a member of

New Hope Baptist Church in Haleyville.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Mountain View Baptist Church, Phil Campbell, with visitation at the church from 1-2 p.m. Bro. Ritchie Emerson, Bro. Sammy Taylor and Bro. Daniel Welborn will be officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
He is survived by children and spouses, Vickie King, Roger Carden and wife, Brenda, Laura Chamblee and husband, Mike, Sharon Sparks and husband, Jim, Martha Welborn and husband, Terry, Jon Carden and Patrick Carden; daughter in law, Cindy Carden; sisters, Maverine Heatherly and Wilma Jean Browning; 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley Paul and Rushie Carden; wife, Rosemarie Carden; son, Mark Carden; brothers, Lyman Carden and Cecil Carden; sister Kathleen Chandler.
