Loris Ailene Stanphill Powers, formerly of Corinth, Miss., died July 19 at the age of 91. Ailene loved family, laughter and music of all kinds. Precious memories will last forever.

Graveside services were Monday, July 22, 2013, at Ridge Cemetery, Golden, Miss.  Bro. Ray Kirk officiated.

She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Tucker, of Vestavia, her grandson Charles Tucker, of Birmingham, her brother Edward Stanphill and wife, Patsy, of Orlando; nieces and nephews, Ann Roberts of Texas, Joy Little of Killen, Jill Miller of Orlando, Angie Holmes of Summerville, James Neal Thompson and Jerry Lee Thompson both of Red Bay, Charles Thompson of Athens, Jim Stanphill of Florence, Bart Stanphill of Toledo, Ohio, Jeff Stanphill of Orlando, Aaron Powers of Austin, Texas, Johnny Wayne Stanphill of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., and Ricky Stanphill.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life and husband of 59 years, Refis Haven Powers, and by grandson David Brian Tucker.
