William Joseph Shelnutt, 75, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at his residence.

The family held a private celebration service of his life.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Erena Shelnutt; three children; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mary Shelnutt; brother, Nathan Shelnutt; and brother-in-law, Hoke Bradford.
