Lowell Thomas (Boy Dog) King, 56, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Marion County Medical Center.
Mr. King lived his entire life in Franklin County. He was employed as a truck driver by Cody Wooten Logging Company.
The funeral service will be Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Bethsaida Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Survivors include wife, Geraldine King; mother, Dorothy King, Russellville; children, Bethney Mitchell, Stephanie Bean and husband, Kevin, and Stephen King, all of Russellville; brothers, Bobby King and wife Donna, Spring Valley, Randy King and wife, Amy, and Ronald King and wife, Darlene, all of Russellville; sister, Faye Benson, Tuscumbia; brothers-in-law, Ricky Pennington and wife, Rose, Hatton, Danny Pennington and wife, Regina, Moulton; sister-in-law, Lawanda Darby and husband, Kenny, Russellville; grandchildren, Hailey Mitchell, Karson Bean and Braxton Mitchell; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William N. King.
