Sarah Elizabeth Wingard, 48, Russellville, passed away Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at her residence.

The family will announce a memorial service at a later date.

She leaves to cherish her memory children, Zachary Fullman and Megan Fullman; her children’s father, Robert Fullman; mother, Hazel Landers Russell; siblings, Latricia Parrish, Thomas Landers, Pam Willingham; a host of nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
