Jimmy Leon Smith, 73, Russellville, passed away at his home Friday, Jan. 11, 2013.

Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens.

He is survived by his sons, Rodney Smith and wife, Kesli, Wayne Smith and wife, Keyna; grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Jaxon Smith, Kendra Tittle, Jordan Mayfield, Justin Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Lexi, Lily, Malachi, Livy; sisters, Peggy Sledge; brother-in-law, Charles Fuller and wife, Kay; four nieces and nephews, Tommy Sledge, Randy Sledge, Kelly Jo Fuller and Michael Fuller.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Betty Fuller Smith; father, Leon E. Smith; and mother, Velma Malone Smith.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Gentiva Hospice, nurses and staff, Dr. Brian Cole and his nurse, Lisa, for the love and care of our dad.
