New Red Bay park should be named after veteran who fought on D-Day
I am 15 years old and I am currently trying to get the city of Red Bay to name their new park after a purple heart recipient who fought on D-Day.
I have talked with the mayor of Red Bay and he has been very helpful, but still I need the support of the community towards this project.
The recipient, Merideth Bostick, was a loyal citizen of Red Bay his whole life.
He was the grand marshal in at least one of the city’s parades, and I want this park to be dedicated to him and all veterans.
